Cauliflower Stuffed Paratha

This is one of the easiest paratha i came across and i was excited that the stuffing has cauliflower in it. I prefer to include cauliflower in my daughter's diet as much as possible. This is easy to make and if the chapathi dough is ready, the stuffing takes 5 mins to prepare then its the normal paratha preparation time for the rest. We really loved this and i hope you all too :)

Items Required:

For stuffing:

Cauliflower - florets seperated and cleaned. The florets should be little big enough to be grated in a grater.
Ginger - Garlic Paste
Green chilly
Salt
Oil

For paratha:

Maida/Wheat powder and salt. Make soft dough and keep it aside.

Method:

Grate the cauliflower in a grater. Cut the green chillies into thin pieces. Heat oil in a kadai and add ginger garlic paste to it. Now add the green chillies and the grated cauliflower to the oil. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and required amt of salt. Fry in for sometime till the stuff is cooked nicely. Remove it from flame and keep it aside.

Now make small chapathis from the dough and place little amount of the stuff inside. Close it on all sides and spread the dough again. Cook the paratha with oil/ghee on both the sides.

Cauliflower stuffed paratha is ready to be served.

I would love to submit this for jihva event hosted by Suma of Veggie platter.
